   • Writing technical designs and delivery plans, breaking features into team tasks, and shipping them with Product and UX.
   • Driving team-wide AI-assisted development, involving juniors, with shared guidelines for scaffolding, tests, refactoring, debugging, code review & documentation, cutting feature delivery from 2 weeks to 1, with higher test coverage, fewer bugs & faster reviews.
   • Enhancing performance and reducing UI latency by 40% through optimized rendering, memoization, code splitting, and lazy loading.

   • Led the migration of Offsight, a modular factory/construction management SaaS platform, from a legacy Angular codebase to React, raw CSS to Tailwind CSS, JavaScript to TypeScript, resulting in a 30% improvement in development efficiency & a scalable codebase.
   • Reduced loading time by 65% through optimization, React hooks, and reduced API calls, achieving a 10x boost in user satisfaction.
   • Developed production/labor/order tracking, analytics, a PDF editor like DocuSign, workflow automation, report generation, forecasting and a feature-access-management system, serving 9 global companies and generating millions of dollars in revenue.

4. January 2022 - May 2023

   Software Engineer II

   Recruit LLC, Sylhet, Bangladesh

   • Engineered an AI-powered, no-code SaaS tool, Retune, for fine-tuning LLMs (GPT-3) using OpenAI APIs, allowing users to train personalized AI assistants using their data & generate APIs to integrate into their apps as chatbots/agents, serving 4000+ customers.
   • Integrated OpenAI Completions and Fine-tuning APIs, designed REST APIs (Next.js backend), and managed MySQL with Prisma.
   • Crafted individual/group chat for Playroom using Firebase, with invitations, photo sharing, calendar events and a playground map.
   • Led the entire development lifecycle from initial concept through the final deployment of 6 React Native apps using Expo, transforming complex forestry data into intuitive user interface designs, alleviating pain points of 6000+ field workers.
5. January 2021 - December 2021

   Software Engineer I

   Recruit LLC, Sylhet, Bangladesh

   • Spearheaded the frontend design of BeatBarrow utilizing Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design with SASS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and building a music and picture upload system with AWS S3, currently engaging over 500 users from Zimbabwe.
   • Implemented Next.js SSR and SSG methods for a smooth user experience (UX) and introduced an authentication system with JWT.
   • Facilitated the backend (Node.js) with GraphQL and MongoDB, and integrated Stripe payments (one-time and subscription).
